Education Next is a DMV based non-profit organization dedicated toward expanding access to healthcare career training for those who need it most.
In just 12 to 18 months, our programs prepare students for meaningful work that supports both personal growth and the wellbeing of the community, offering a real path toward lasting change.

We are a group of passionate educators, coming from all backgrounds, working every day to break down financial and systemic barriers by sponsoring individuals from underserved communities and connecting them with quality healthcare training programs—empowering them to build stable, purpose-driven careers that uplift both their lives and the communities they serve.

We look forward to building a world where everyone—regardless of background, income, or any hardship that might fill their lives—has the opportunity to pursue a meaningful healthcare career.
Our Values
We believe that education has the power to inspire people to believe in themselves, to learn the value of cooperation and teamwork, to understand their role in society, to be creative, to be self-sufficient, to strengthen themselves and their community, and to build toward a common good. Through education, we gain moral values that give us a solid foundation to build our lives upon, and keep us from turning to vices and criminal activity as means of subsistence.
